Between product and lifestyle photo shoots, we have plenty of chances to experiment with how much gear can fit in each ONA and how to style each bag. But we’re always inspired and impressed by how real-life ONA owners manage to make the bags work for them (keep sharing your photos with us on social media!), so we decided to highlight how some of our favorite photographers make their bag work for them.
As much as we love New York City, we can’t help but pine for the Pacific Northwest: it seems like so many of our favorite new photographers are based in Portland or Seattle, enticing us (via Instagram) with romantic images of tall trees, open skies and the Pacific Ocean. One of those photographers is Bethany Olson, a portrait and lifestyle photographer based out of Seattle. She loves to go on adventures with her boyfriend Cory and document her adventures and love of the Pacific Northwest on Instagram. We adore how she uses natural light and landscape as a backdrop to showcase her fashion and style: we’ll take those views over a flash and a white screen any day!
Here’s what Bethany is carrying in her black Chelsea Bag:
- Canon 5D Mark II with the Presidio camera strap
- Canon 50 1.2L
- Canon 24-70L
- Extra battery
- Cleaning cloth
- Lots of memory cards
- iPhone 5S (for the Instagrams)
- Battery Charger
