Between product and lifestyle photo shoots, we have plenty of chances to experiment with how much gear can fit in each ONA and how to style each bag. But we’re always inspired and impressed by how real-life ONA owners manage to make the bags work for them (keep sharing your photos with us on social media!), so we decided to highlight how some of our favorite photographers make their bag work for them.
Christian Cannon is a student studying to be a psychotherapist from Southern California. He started taking (incredible) photos on his iPhone and building up an Instagram following while saving up for a DSLR. While photography is still just a hobby for him, he’s thoroughly enjoyed the adventures he’s had while breaking into the photography industry. He won our May Photo Contest with this gorgeous shot of Crater Lake–we didn’t find out until after we picked it that it was shot with an iPhone! Proof that the guy knows what he’s doing.
We loved the way he styled his Brixton Camera and Laptop Messenger Bag, so we asked him to share a few photos of what’s in his ONA:
Here’s what Christian is packing inside his Brixton:
- Canon 5D Mark ii
- Canon 24-105 f/4 L lens
- Canon 50 mm 1.8 lens
- iPad Mini
- Best Made Company notebook and pen
- Joby Gorillapod
- Olloclip iPhone lenses
- Portable iPhone charger
- Eastern Collective USB cable
- Eastern Collective ear buds
- DriSuit waterproof iPhone case
